11/14/2010 12:06:12 PM | holy smokes..imps are wealthy little buggers but i've never gotten such an amount |
11/14/2010 4:54:28 PM | giant emerald 125000 0.1
not from an imp by WOW |
Clappendectomy 11/14/2010 4:58:33 PM | !!!
problem is in those amounts it's not that useful... i mean how much money does one guy need? :) |
Legion 11/14/2010 8:09:00 PM | Its hard to explain the number of imps with high-end gems. I have reduced their gem chances, but the last post (the giant emerald) was after the update, so its hard to explain. I calculate only about 1 imp in 5 million will have a gem worth over 100k. Its hard to believe people are getting that lucky. I guess just keep hunting imps until I can find the problem! |
11/15/2010 3:03:33 AM | clappendectomy...the money was really usefull...wizzard hat +50 +25hp ring and shortsword of speed(sword of wimpiness seemed so bad but that's a great sword btw) and i still have 48K left on that character. little weak wizzard is now a force to be reckoned with :d |
11/15/2010 3:06:04 AM | and another fine gem..this one camefrom an imp.
large diamond 30,000 |
11/15/2010 3:24:12 AM | randy, i don't see the problem with it...in clan blood spirit i've slayed over 1.4K imps and didn't get any gems of such value |
Clappendectomy 11/15/2010 3:41:08 PM | yes, i agree it would be really useful on a wizard, or even a grunt (someone who could tank). on a low strength yeoman, it would take a lot of cash for it to be transformative. i got one enough str gear to effectively wield a hammer of lightning (helpful a little, since even a guy with low str gets luck and deals d20 every so often). the other yeoman who struck it rich i outfitted in great defensive gear and got a shield of tanking, thinking it would give him lvl 1 tanking ability (it did not). but when he hits lvl 2 he'll learn to tank and be of service. |
11/16/2010 7:10:41 PM | any chance of anyone that has a ton of money posting a list of teh equipment and prices? the stats would be nice too - so i know what to save for etc :) |
