Shouldnt the parry skills bonuses actually be increased if you are not actively attacking someone? |

11/29/2012 6:19:35 PM | No. If you are casting a spell, drinking a potion, changing equipment, etc, you are not in the fighting stance that enables parry bonuses. Likewise if you are so slow this turn due to whatever factors gets your speed negative, you can't be expected to parry effectively either.
I will include "evading" though as a parryable activity :) |
