3/26/2012 5:08:15 PM | Just an FYI I had a char with toughness of 1 and cast a minor toughness spell to get to T3. got hit by a javlin that did a d6 of damage and got hit for 5 points. No idea how that math works, thought to bring it to your attention. |

3/27/2012 5:47:36 PM | toughness and pretty much any resists are not automatic reductions in damages. they are chances to reduce the damage. so it is still possible to take what appears to be too much damage. ive taken 2 hp damage from a d5 flame dart while having resist fire 7...doesnt seem like should happen but it can. though sometimes it would be nice to actually see how helpful toughnesses and resists actually are seeing how much they save us from... |
