Legion you may want to look into the casting points for these spells. I had a character who it cost 0 to cast them both. Lucky for you he got killed of course

I will say this again in this topic as it seems tough to keep one convo going. The fleeing from fear is out of control. Case in point, I was up against 7 small spooks with 16 people with all decent stats. In 3 rounds, 5 of them fled, this is nonsense.

I also just changed the formula on spooks to match the new fear formula (which is the same as pretty much every other willpower-resisted effect now). Hooray for standardization! Each point of fear resistance will apply a 0.8 multiplier to the fear check (so if you have a base 10% chance to be spooked, f1 will bring it to 8%, f2 will be 6.4%, etc).

I lined up the spook ability with the spell power also. So spook(1) is equivalent to minor fear, spook(2) is fear, spook(3) is major fear, etc.

Also, thank you silverlode for finding the 0sp thing. Finally tracked that one down too. Progress!
