Seems healers are not casting spells until SP points spent during day changes as they did before. Is this intentional?

Note that daily healing is much different on the clan worlds now. Somehow this was causing a mix-up in Mythic City that prevented healing. |

6/10/2015 7:17:27 PM | Thanks, and no it won't affect your clan. As I just mentioned, I fixed it -- back to how it was -- for people not on clan worlds. Since you have no clan world, you're unaffected now that the fix is in. |
