6/24/2012 5:05:23 PM | I have never actually been able to get this to work for myself. Partially for lack of trying and partially due to bad luck I think. I was led to believe however, that you cast the magic and it has a similar "hit" chance as any other spell. |

Works about half the time for me - and sometimes you need to cast more than once |
